In Seoul, digital media measurement firm Integral Ad Science (IAS) has appointed Inwon Park as Head of Korea Market, charged with leading sales operations, working with brands, agencies, publishers, and platforms in the region.
Headquartered in New York City, IAS is known for its TRAQ Scores (TRue Advertising Quality), which evaluate the quality of media environments. The firm is accredited by the Media Rating Council for impression and viewing measurement and the reporting of display and video ads across Facebook and Instagram; for its cross-platform SIVT detection (Sophisticated Invalid Traffic), as well as for viewable ad impression measurement.
Park (pictured) joins from marketing performance company Jellyfish, where he served as Account Director, with responsibility for client relationships and running campaign-related activity. The Brandtech Group has hired Linsey Loy as its first Chief Growth Officer. The move comes after a period of strong organic revenue growth over the last two years, including 50% growth last year and 27% in 2020.
Loy will join The Brandtech Group’s partner lineup, more than half of whom are women. The group formerly known as You & Mr Jones now has 18 partners and associate partners alongside founder and CEO, David Jones. It changed its name earlier this year.
Loy will be based at the group’s headquarters in New York arrives from Dentsu where she spent more than six years, most recently as senior vice president/head of growth at Dentsu's global media agency, iProspect. She previously served at Merkle, also part of Dentsu.

The media planning and buying group had previously traded against attention, but has evolved its solution from treating all digital media attention equally, to a granular offering that takes into account the media setting, screen size, length of attention and contextual relevance.
The product, which Dentsu claims is an industry first, is grounded in an understanding that the value of attention varies in different digital circumstances, and can be applied across programmatic and social platforms. Clients of its agencies, which include Carat, iProspect, Dentsu X and Merkel, will be able to offer clients the new service, but it will not be mandatory.
