Publicis In-Motion has announced the appointment of Shonali Sharma as head of Arc Worldwide’s Delhi office.
Sharma's mandate is to make Arc Worldwide a preferred partner for brands looking to ace their customer connect across channels and platforms.
Sharma moves from Fables Expersive, where she was chief executive officer.
She will closely work with the India leadership team of Arc worldwide helmed by Pravin Vadhera, head, Publicis In-Motion.

The agency created a set of three ads for Ford Figo without the client’s approval, uploaded them online, and entered the work in the Creative Abby competition at Goafest. It was after their appearance at Goafest that the ads blew up the Internet.The most controversial of the three ads featured a caricature of former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Interpublic Group of Cos. and Publicis Groupe will cover the cost of travel related to abortion care for their employees, Ad Age has learned. The moves make them the latest holding companies to update their U.S healthcare benefits after a Supreme Court opinion was leaked that suggested the court will soon strike down the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, which legalized abortion nationwide.
"IPG is updating its U.S. healthcare benefits to provide funding for travel that provides consistent access to healthcare, including abortion care and other critical medical services,” according to a spokesman for the holding company.
Publicis reassured its employees of its abortion care benefits during a global meeting last week.
